Frequently asked questions concerning hotel deals:

What type of room?

• A standard room for 2 Guests. Additional guests may incur a fee

Is Parking included?

• No. Prices depend on the Hotel.

Can I use more than one deal to extend my stay?

• We do not allow for consecutive booking with this deal.

Can we use multiple packages for the same dates?

• You may submit 2 packages for the same dates but these must have separate names.

Do I contact the hotel for reservations?

• All reservations are made through Bill Brown’s Plaza Travel.

Is a specific date available?

• We cannot offer availability until the deal is purchased and submitted to the travel agency.

How do I request my dates?

• If your package is available for immediate printing, please print, complete form and fax to the number on the guideline sheet. If your package is to be received by mail please follow the same steps.

Are you flexible on the 35 day advance?

• We are unable to enter a request without the 35 day notice.

Are there blackout dates?

• Major holidays are blacked out: Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas week through new years.

Can we use on weekends.

• Yes you may submit your request for weekend dates.

How long until we hear from a travel agent?

• You should be contacted in 5-7 business days.

How much are additional nights?

• Any and all upgrades will be quoted after your completed reservation form is sent in.
